"Burgers for the Boys"

So what did I do for my day off from working out?  I ate the most delicious burger and fries from Jack Browns.  I've been craving it for a while and it was so delish. 

Yummy!

  3. End of May - Williamsburg - That's the hope!
    We can always long jump to the finish. Rough estimate is 601 long jumps with approaches included.
    Or consider repeats of sprinting then walking.
    PS. Your runner's diet looks subpar.
